Earned his Bachelor of Theology degree from Eastern Bible College and his Master of Theology from Freedom Bible College and Seminary. He’s a certified professional life coach, speaker and Team member of John Maxwell.

Considering some his accomplishments and achievements, E Earl Jenkins was inducted into the 2016 New Brunswick Hall of Fame Alumni.

E Earl Jenkins served 5 years as Chief Financial Officer for the Covenant Ecumenical Fellowship of Cathedral Assemblies Reformation.  He also served as an itinerant consultant where he was responsible for business development and restoration..

E Earl Jenkins is the founder and president of the True Servant Preschool Academy, Trenton, NJ, an Abbott school district.

He’s the progenitor of the SEED male mentoring program that helps germinate and propagate the minds of young men in becoming responsible and accountable adults.

E Earl Jenkins is a recipient of the NAACP Freedom Award and has served on various boards including the Visiting Nurse Association and now as an advisory board member of Investors Bank since 2014.

He is an accomplished recording artist, singer, musician, song writer, producer and author and has received numerous awards.

He and his brother Carl, aka the Jenkins brothers, are McDonald’s Gospel Fest winners, Natalie Cole’s Big Break runners up, 5-time Gospel Academy winners, and Savoy Records recording artists.  They are co-founders of the Jenkins Brothers Music Development Center located in Hamilton N.J.

In 2006, E Earl Jenkins wrote his inaugural book, Don’t Hate your Enemies Just Step on Them. This book delivers His message of using obstacles as stepping-stones as opposed to stumbling blocks. Don’t Hate your Enemies Just Step on Them has reached and touched many lives and was syndicated on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

E Earl Jenkins latest book, The Open-Faced Sandwich is a quick read on communication using condiments as a point of reference to identify personalities and methods of communication.   This book is a must read!

 

IMG_0110Dr. Kenneth Hamilton – Director of Education

  • Undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University – Started out as Pre Law and Finished BA in Criminal Justice minor in Education
  • 2 Master of Arts degree at Seton Hall University and Jersey City State University. One in Students with Learning Disabilities and the other in Urban Leadership
  • He also completed leadership institutes at Harvard University and Princeton University, before earning his PhD at Nova Southeastern University in Organizational Leadership
  • He worked as a Special Education teacher in Newark, NJ for 10 years.
  • He become Vice Principal in Plainfield, NJ where he implemented the first Middle Schools of Choice program designed to develop career academies for middle school students with a focus on the performing arts, math and science, humanities and business as an alternative to the traditional failing middle school program.
  • After being recognized for his ability to initiate change and spearhead improved student outcomes, he was promoted to Principal in Plainfield where he implemented one of the first mandatory school uniforms policies in the State of NJ and increased student performance by 83% in 4 years.
  • He was later hired as the first African American Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Cherry Hill
  • He then became the first African American Superintendent of Schools in Westampton Public
  • He then became the first African American as the Superintendent of Schools in Monroe Township, NJ. During his tenure in Monroe Township, Dr Hamilton, implemented the largest 1:1 iPad initiative on the east coast, , co-authored Senate Bill S2307 and presented before the NJ State Senate to justify the need for support for equitable state funding for the public education
  • Currently serves as Superintendent of Mt Vernon City District where is successful passed the largest school bond referendum in the region by 3:1 for $108, 000,000.
  • Awarded a fellowship grant by the Geraldine Dodge Foundation at Princeton University to study the effects of Year Round Schooling across the country
  • He was appointed as a US Delegate to visit China to observe educational programs and report his findings to the US
  • He is the recioent of the NAACP Distinguished Educators Award and the Sybil Yastrow Superintendent’s Grant for Professional Coaching
  • He served as an adjunct professor at William Paterson University, Seton Hall University and is now a Graduate Level Professor at Mercy College in NY
  • He is one of 4 state approved African American mentors for the NJ State School Administrators’ Residency Program.
  • He is the Owner and CEO of Debut Management – Personal Management company for entertainers
  • Served as a Managing Consultant for the Maury Povich Show for 8 seasons
  • Writer and Director of stage plays – The very first play he ever wrote was a Tribute to Marcus Garvey which was performed for Marcus Garvey’s son’s visit to the United States.
  • Currently in production for Flow- Hip Hp and the Church Starring- Angie Stone, Al B Sure, and Peter Gunz.

IMG_3302Carl Jenkins – Director of Performing Arts

Carl Jenkins is a native of New Brunswick and a graduate of New Brunswick High School. He later earned his degree from the Academy of Business Careers in Computer Programming & Operations and is a graduate of the Ernie Scott School of Vocal Training and Development.

Recognizing his God-given talent at an early age, he began writing music at the tender age of 9. By the time he turned 11-years old, he served as choir director and conductor for more than five different choirs. Carl diligently served at numerous churches, schools, communities and organizations whereby he provided his music teaching methods to well-known recording artists and rising performers. Currently, he functions as Director of Music and Performing Arts at True Servant Church in Hamilton, NJ.

Carl’s big break came in 1986 when the Jenkins Brothers won first place at the McDonald’s Gospel Fest and they landed their first recording with Savoy Records. Their first album garnered hits, He Set Me Free and What a Friend. Following, they formed the Jenkins Brother’s Music Development Center in Hamilton, NJ, which provides vocal and instrumental music instruction to singers and musicians of all levels.

Carl Jenkins is featured on his most recent album release “Joyful Journey.” He is also the producer, writer, director and star of his gut busting comedy DVD, “Dat Boy Crazy.” Additionally, Carl is the founder of the City Wide Youth Choir in the Trenton, NJ area. This group is comprised of young people, ages 12 to 20, from various churches, music groups and communities from all over the State to perform in an annual concert.

Carl expanded his writing gifts when he wrote his first theatrical shorts, “Prodigal Son” and “Jesus is Coming to Dinner” in the late 1990s. These projects opened the door for his first full- length production, “And Peter Remembered.” This vibrant stage play tells the story of various stories and events within the bible from Peter’s perspective. Having performed annually statewide, the play evolved into the critically acclaimed, “After the Cross.” This exciting production captures Broadway and Hollywood in a wonderful display mixing cutting edge live performances and motion picture drama.

Successfully maintaining his place in the music Industry for more than 30 years, Carl founded C-Line Entertainment in 2011. Humbled and grateful for the ability to share his talent with the world, he received the NAACP Musical Achievement Award in 2015. Additional recognitions include Faith Fighters Award (2017), Leading Man in Music Honor Award (2017) and Men of Distinction Award (2016).

Stacy Heading was born in Trenton, NJ and attended Trenton Public Schools. Stacy is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training program where he received various awards.  He’s a certified literacy tutor with Literacy Volunteers of America. Stacy received his life coaching certification from the John Maxwell Leadership Training in August of 2016.

Stacy is the Program Director of Servants Endeavoring to Empower and Develop (S.E.E.D) Male Mentoring Program. SEED Male Mentoring Program has been featured often in The Times and Trentonian for their community efforts and received the 2012 Community Change Award in Education given at the New Jersey Black Issues Convention. The SEED Program has established partnerships with the Trenton Soup Kitchen and multiple nursing homes such as Waters Edge and Royal Health Gate where they began their adopt a senior project in 2009. The SEED program gives out teddy bears, provide food and fellowship spreading sunshine to the elderly. SEED annually hosts a powerful MLK Breakfast which proceeds go to their annual College Tour. The SEED program has a 95 percent success rate with the young men going to college or the military. Stacy and the other mentors have taken the SEED young men on college tours to Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, GA. where they visited several colleges. The young men had a few days of learning and bonding with their fellow mentees and gaining a great life experience.

Stacy has received several awards from various prestigious organizations. In April 2014 Stacy received the Outstanding Community Award from The National Congress of Black Women, in December 2014 received the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa Inc. PI Chapter 2014 Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Award for community service and enhancing the quality of community life as well as education, in May 2015 Stacy received the Tre’Devon Lane Foundation Community Service Award, in May 2015 Stacy also received the Institute of Wonderful Women Working for Empowerment Community Service Award, in February 2016 he received the Excellence Award by the State of New Jersey Department of Labor Black History Month Committee, in May 2016 he received the “Faith Fighters Golden Glove Award” for outstanding community service, in June 2016 Stacy received the Better Way Mentor Award and in February 2018 received the NAACP Freedom Fund Award for his work with the youth.

Stacy is employed full time at Isles Youth Build Institute where he is the Evening Program Coordinator dedicated to keeping young adults off the streets and provides them with life-skills and positive exposure. He serves as a Deacon at True Servant Worship and Praise Church, and is happily married to Lori Heading with three lovely adult children Dante, Diamond, Cierra, and a grandson Seven Elijah who gives him much joy.

shaennaShaenna Bradley – Production Manager

Shaenna Bradley is a seasoned project manager with a graduate level education in Business Administration and an undergraduate education in Civil Engineering, currently forging her career as a successful Project Manager in a major Engineering Firm.

She has managed, from cradle to grave, multi-million-dollar transportation and development projects nationwide. Outside of her 20+ year career as a Project Managing Civil Engineer, Ms. Bradley is also very decidedly active in the arts. She has starred in several community theater, off-Broadway, and the International Fringe Festival productions.

Shaenna commingles her love for the arts with her management experience and has been the stage/production manager for many major productions, including those at her local church, True Servant. There, Ms. Bradley serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Executive Pastor (Elder Carl Jenkins), Church Advisory Board Member, In-house Engineer, and Production Manager.

Shaenna amalgamates her technical and creative experiences and knowledge to successfully serve in multiple capacities.
